WARWICK, NY, USA -- Jack Singer, 10,
a fourth-grade student at Sanfordville Elementary School,
spent his birthday stepping into more than 200 pairs of undies
- setting the new world record for the wearing

Jack to take his place as the new world record holder for
wearing
the most pairs of underwear at one time.

In 18 minutes, Jack had on his 215 pairs
of undies, breaking the previous record of 200. 215 pairs
of underwear weighs more than 30 pounds.
“I feel the most excited in my life,” he
said.
His family helped him with the task, since
he could barely stand.
When they reached 195 pairs, Jack had to lie down because
his feet were asleep. It’s a lot of underwear, in bigger and
bigger sizes to accommodate several inches of underwear bulk.
Then 25 more pairs went on, beating the previous Guinness
world record of 200.
“I feel awesome, I can’t believe I broke
it,” little Jack said. “I’m very proud of him, it was really
hot today,” his mother, Melissa Singer, said. “I wasn’t sure
he was going to be able to do it with being focused with everyone
being around.”
Jack is as ambitious and motivated
as he is charitable. Instead of birthday gifts, Jack asked
people to donate money to Marine Sergeant Eddie Ryan who was
injured in Iraq five years ago.
