Guinness World Records recognized the Longest distance dribbling a basketball in 24 hours:177.5km (110.29 miles) by Suresh Joachim (Australia) at Elmbank Community Centre, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The Guinness World Record for the longest time to spin a basketball on a toe is 9.53 seconds by Jack Ryan (USA) at the NBA All-Star Jam Session, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.
"It was a way to get kids outside and have fun," said Adam Dantus, programs director for the organization.
The event took place at Cabin John Regional Park in Rockville, MD.
