  Largest tea mosaic: China breaks Guinness World Records record (VIDEO)

   
Jinan, China -- A humongous image formed with tea bowls at Daming Lake Park in Jinan, Shandong province set a new World Record for being the largest of its kind ever created; the tea-bowl image was formed with a total of 5,280 bowls of black tea and milk tea; the characters read "first spring under heaven," and "Jinan, China,"
according to the World Record Academy.

Covering an area of 86.5 square meters, the image broke the Guinness World Records world record set by another "painting" formed with 5,000 tea bowls in Dalian, Liaoning province in 2013.

  The Guinness World Records' record for the largest candy mosaic measures 146,50 m² (1,576 ft² 11 in²) and was created by Arcor (Argentina) at the Convención de Ventas at Golden Center, Buenos Aires, Argentina on 6 March 2015.

  Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest toast mosaic; it measured 162.8 m² (1752.36 ft²) in surface area and was created at an event organised by Ayako Maura (Japan) at Tokachi Plaza, in Obihiro, Hokkaido, Japan, on 7 July 2013.

    A humongous image formed with tea bowls at Daming Lake Park in Jinan, Shandong province set a new World Record for being the largest of its kind ever created.

   The tea-bowl image was formed with a total of 5,280 bowls of black tea and milk tea, according to ECNS.

   As the tea-bowl image covers an area of 86.5, it broke the previous Guinness World Records world record set by another picture made with 5,000 tea bowls last year in Dalian, Liaoning province.
