Most dominoes toppled in a spiral: Germany breaks Guinness world record (VIDEO)
Büdingen, Germany -- Twelve builders for Sinners Domino Entertainment in Germany set up a total of 277,275 dominos in a Büdingen high school gym
for a toppling performance called "Enjoy Your Life," with different sections built to show the enjoyment of nature, sports, travel, music and other things; one section, built with 55,000 dominos, beat the Guinness world record for most dominoes toppled in a spiral, according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/.

The previous Guinness world record for the Most dominoes toppled in a spiral was 28,800 and was achieved by Maximilian Poser (Germany) in Berlin-Spandau, Berlin, Germany.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the Most dominoes toppled by a group; it is is 4,345,027 and was achieved on set of Domino Day 2008 in Leeuwarden, Netherlands.
Twelve builders set up a total of 277,275 dominos for a toppling performance called "Enjoy Your Life," with different sections built to show the enjoyment of nature, sports, travel, music and other things.
Erected by just 12 people (6 of them from Sinners Domino Entertainment in Germany) in a span of eight days, the massive project takes ten minutes to play out in its entirety.
Only 272,297 dominos actually fell over, still more than enough to set a new record.
One section, built with 55,000 dominos, beat the record for most dominoes toppled in a spiral.
