The Guinness world record for the most people lifted and thrown in 2 minutes (female) is 12 and was achieved by Aneta Florczyk (Poland).
Guinness World Records also recognized the heaviest weight lifted with glue: a Isuzu Truck together with additional weight, altogether 8,010kg (17,659 lb 0.48 oz).
The world record attempt was a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity, a cause Fast became involved in last September when he pulled a house 11.95 metres.
Fast said the spectators who came out to watch the event really pumped him up and helped the pair pull off the "superhuman feat".
"The crowd plays a huge part because it's hard to release adrenaline at the drop of a hat," said Fast. "When you hear people cheering, it gets released and things move."
