The Guinness world record for the largest aqua aerobic display was achieved by 2,047 participants at Pattaya beach (Thailand).

Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest aerobics display, which involved 48,188 participants at the Quirino Grandstand, Luneta Park, Manila, Philippines.

Haris Mujcinovic of local radio station Kameleon which organized the event said they had registered the event with Guinness World Records and are awaiting a certificate.

He says he is certain the record set by 2,047 participants in Thailand is now topped.

The northern town of Tuzla has turned breaking Guinness World Records a summertime entertainment.
In 2007, 7,000 couples kissed simultaneously — a record broken two years later in Brazil.
In 2010, Tuzla achieved the largest waltz with 1,510 couples dancing.
