Most people receiving facials: China breaks Guinness World Records record
JINAN, China -- Over 1,000 people filled a football stadium for a mass facial that lasted 30 minutes and included "cleansing, masks, moisturizing and massage;" the attempt shattered the existing Guinness World Records world record from 2014, when 287 people received facials in Mumbai, India and sets the new world record for the most people receiving facials simultaneously,
according to the World Record Academy.

The Guinness World Records' record for the most people applying facial masks is 1,231 and was achieved by Sunsshen (China) in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China on 16 January 2015.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest facial yoga class; it involved 220 participants and was organised by Smooth E Company Limited(Thailand) at Siam Paragon in Bangkok, Thailand, on 12 September 2010. The class lasted 35 minutes and was organised to promote skin health improvement by facial yoga.

The record attempt shattered the existing record from 2014, when 287 people received facials in Mumbai, India.
The women donned fluffy pink gowns and preserved their modesty with pink sheets during the 30-minute treatment carried out by professional beauticians.
The treatment consisted of four stages: cleansing, face masks, moisturising, and a massage. The event was part of the annual Spring Water Festival in Jinan City in Shandong province, which is known for its springs.
