Most breast augmentation surgeries performed: Ted Eisenberg sets world record
PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA -- Dr. Ted Eisenberg, a Philadelphia plastic and reconstructive surgeon, has performed 3,460 breast augmentations surgeries at the Nazareth Hospital, Philadelphia -
setting the new world record for the most breast augmentation surgeries performed in a lifetime (male).
The Guinness world record for the Oldest heart surgery patient was set by Herbert Carrington (USA, b. 17 October 1898), who received a Medtronic Hancock II tissue valve when aged 94 years 129 days.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the Most cosmetic procedures: Cindy Jackson (USA) has spent $99,600 (£53,148) on 47 cosmetic procedures.
After devoting the first half of his career to performing plastic and reconstructive surgery from head to toe, Dr. Eisenberg decided in 1999 to focus his practice exclusively on cosmetic breast surgery — one of the few plastic surgeons in the country to do so. This concentration resulted in thousands of cases and a wealth of experience.
“This experience has given me the opportunity to provide the best care for my patients,” Dr. Eisenberg says.
“I never imagined being in the Book of World Records until I participated in a knife-throwing tournament at the Annie Oakley Festival in Greenville, OH,” Dr. Eisenberg says.
“My knife-throwing buddy and I were watching Robert Dante, a Guinness record holder, try to set a new record for the most bullwhip cracks in one-minute. My buddy turned to me and asked if I had done more breast augmentation surgeries than anyone else. So I checked with Guinness World Records and discovered that I had set a record.”
The East Coast Center for Cosmetic Breast Surgery, located in Philadelphia, is the headquarters of Dr. Ted Eisenberg, a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
Dr. Eisenberg focuses his practice entirely on cosmetic breast surgery. He has performed over 4700 breast augmentations and also has extensive experience with breast lifts with and without augmentation and the correction of breast asymmetry.
