Tallest matchsticks model-world record set

BEIRUT, Lebanon -- Wheelchair-bound craftsman Toufic
Daher 2,316 hours of work and 11,000 dollars to build
a 6.53m high matchstick model of the Eiffel Tower with a base
of 190x90 cm, made of six million matchsticks, 6,240 tiny
lamps and 23 flasher lamps-which sets the world record
for the Tallest
matchsticks model.

It took Wheelchair-bound Lebanese craftsman
Tofic Daher 2,316 hours of work and 11,000 dollars to build
the 6.53 meter tower with a base of 190x90 cm, made of six
million matchsticks, 6,240 tiny lamps and 23 flasher lamps.
