Most Selfies Taken Simultaneously: Nathan's Famous breaks Guinness World Records record
St. Louis, MO, USA -- Nathan's Famous, the iconic hot dog company based in Coney Island, N.Y., set a world record for Most selfies (self-portraits) taken simultaneously with 4,296 at Busch Stadium in St. Louis; the previous Guinness World Records world record of 2,997 was beaten by the crowd taking in the St. Louis Cardinals game against the visiting Detroit Tigers, according to the World Record Academy.

The Guinness World Records' record for the most self-portrait photographs (selfies) taken simultaneously is 2,997 achieved by the Scheduling Institute in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, on 24 October 2014.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest online photo album of self-portrait photographs (selfies); it contains 103,690 photos and was achieved by Atasun Optik (Turkey), in Istanbul, Turkey, on 20 September 2014.
