   Longest broadcast of a goal (35.6s): Ilie Dobre breaks world record (VIDEO)

   
BUCHAREST, Romania -- Mr. Ilie Dobre, sport commentator at Radio Romania News (Romania's National State Radio), broadcasted a 35.6 seconds-long "gooooal" shout during the game between ASTRA Giurgiu and ASA Tg. Mures, (stage 2 - Football League Romania), when player Filip Jazvic from ASA Tg. Mures, scored, thus helping Ilie Dobre to break his own world record for the Longest broadcast of a goal without respiration, according to the World Record Academy.

  The Guinness World Records' record for the Longest career as a radio presenter/DJ (male) was set by Herbert "The Cool Gent" Rogers Kent (USA, b. 05 October 1928), who has been a regular radio presenter/disc jockey since 1944. Broadcasting in various Chicago radio stations, he still hosts a weekend show on WVAZ Radio, in Chicago, Illinois, USA, as of 2009.

  Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the longest radio DJ marathon; it lasted 198 hours and was achieved by Giel Beelen (Netherlands) on the GIEL! Breakfast Show on 3FM Radio, in Hilversum, Netherlands, from 12 May 2014 to 20 May 2014. Giel started his attempt on 12th May at 6am and finished it on 20th May at 12pm.

   Ilie Dobre has broadcasted over 1500 live soccer matches fron the national league, european matchs, games played at final tournaments, World and European Championships.

   "I listened soccer matches broadcasted live at radio and Tv in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexic, Spain, Portugal, Italy, England, Germany, Egypt and I noticed that their commentators can't match my brodacast of a goal."

    The Radio sport commentator Ilie Dobre also published 43 sport-related books. He has received a National Award from the Romanian President.

    Dobre said he never have had any problems with his voice, simply because he "doesn't smoke, don't drink alcohol and cold water."

    Ilie Dobre has also set the world record for the Longest broadcast of a goal with respiration, with a 42 seconds-long goooal shout during the game between national teams of Romania and Bulgaria, of the preliminaries of the European Championships of Football, when player Ciprian Marica scored.
