Most People Playing Pinball Simultaneously: Texas smashed Guinness World Records' record (VIDEO)
FRISCO, TX, USA -- The new World Record for the Most People Playing Pinball Simultaneously was set at the Texas Pinball Festival on March 28, 2014 with a total of 272 people; the previous Guinness World Records' record was set the previous year in Canada by just 100 people, according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/.

The Guinness World Records' record for the most people playing pinball simultaneously is 272, achieved by the Texas Pinball Festival (USA) in Frisco, Texas, USA, on 28 March 2014.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest pinball machine; it measures 16.4 m (53 ft 9 in) long, 7.5 m (24 ft 7in) wide and 10.7 m (35 ft 1 in) tall, and was made by Heineken Italia s.p.a (Italy). It was demonstrated and measured in Porta Genova, Milan, Italy, on 12 April 2014.
Each participant from the people playing the games to the floorwalkers to the accountants who did the final tally completed their own forms, confirming the count before a notary signed off on the full stack, the Dallas Observer reports.
The team also had to provide video recordings of the attempt from the floor plus an overhead view from the ceiling, which required some strategically placed Go-Pros to get a bird's eye view.
