Longest Golf Cart: Mike's Golf Carts breaks Guinness world record
PERRY, GA, USA -- The giant golf cart made by Mike's Golf Carts in Perry, Georgia,
measures 6.68 m (21 ft 11 in) from bumper to bumper and sits on 49-inch tires, setting the new world record for the Longest Golf Cart,
according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/.

The Guinness world record for the longest golf cart measures 6.68 m (21 ft 11 in) from bumper to bumper and was created by HSBC Champions. It was measured in Hong Kong, China. The golf cart is called the "Book mobile". It is 1.445 m wide and 2.24 m tall. It contains several bookshelves on it.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest golf tee; it measured 9.37 m (30 ft 9 in) long with a head diameter of 1.91 m (6 ft 3 in) and a shaft width of 64 cm (2 ft 1 in). The golf tee was made by Jim Bolin (USA) and was presented and measured in Casey, Illinois, USA.
Mike's Golf Carts will host a Customer Appreciation Party of Thursday, May 30th from Noon to 2 p.m.
Before the party ends, there will be an official measurement of their custom stretched golf car for submission into the Guinness Book of World Records for the title of World's Longest Golf Cart.
Also on display at the party will be a monster truck. Hot dogs and inflatable rides will be available.
