Largest Peanut Butter Cup: LA candy shop breaks Guinness World Records record (VIDEO)
LOS ANGELES, CA, USA -- A Los Angeles area candy shop broke a Guinness World Records record; the candy factory in North Hollywood poured melted chocolate and spread peanut butter into a kiddie pool to make the world's largest peanut butter they used more than four hundred forty four pounds of ingredients, which beat the old world record by one hundred and ninety pounds and sets the new world record for the Largest Peanut Butter Cup,

The Guinness World Records' record for the farthest distance to throw a peanut is 37.92 metres (124 ft 4 in), achieved by Colin Jackson (UK) at the Welsh Institute of Sport in Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, UK on 20 February 2008.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest cup of hot chocolate; it contained 3,331.16 l (732.753 gal, 880 US gal) and was achieved by The Festival of Chocolate and the Museum of Science and Industry (USA) in Tampa, Florida, USA, on 21 January 2013.
North Hollywood's The Candy Factory has set out to break the world record for the largest peanut butter cup. Workers poured the chocolate and peanut butter into a kiddie swimming pool.
The previous record-holder was a Vermont chocolate shop which made a 230 lb. cup.
According to NBC News, the candy crafters used more than 440 pounds of ingredients, which beat the current world-record holding cup from Vermont, which weighed in at 250 pounds.
